How to quickly and most certainly kill yourself?

Please don't try to talk me out of it or tell me life is so great.

I suffer from depression since 5 years now and I'm also physically ill. I've got a metabolic issue that's not curable and that causes me much pain. I gained a lot of weight and I lost it all again because my parents told me life would be better "If I'm just not so fat" but now I see it isn't. Because of my metabolic problem I have to shave every morning - my face, I'm a woman and I can't do this anymore. I always worked in jobs where I could help ppl and animals, but now I need help and nobody is there for me. My parents pretend there's nothing wrong when they see me crying, they go to bed and watch tv. I told them about my suicide thoughts, they told me others have it worse. My friends don't care either and I don't care anymore that they don't care.

I just want to disappear. Stop the world and let me off. I just want to end the pain and I feel I was a good enough person to earn a chance for that. Please answer the question in earnest or otherweise don't pay attention to the train wreck that's me. Thank you in advance.

You're worth a lot. Don't look down. Just keep climbing. I don't even know you but I love you. Keep pushing :) there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I don't feel that it would be better for you to end your journey. It would be not the solution of your story. God have made all of us for a certainty reason, and it is his job to decide our life span.

So don't let negatives feeling to conquer on you. Just overcome on all these feelings, choose some goals, engaged yourself in some hobbies.

As you have described that you have to face lots of pain every day, but you should know that there is lots of people in this world who is suffered from deadly incurable deceases and have to face horrible pain everyday but still they have not let their life in the mouth of death.

If you want to end your life without doing any good deeds, your soul certainly will not be able to find any salvation. So, why do you want to be one? Live your life at least for other, for needy and poor people.     

You should feel great and your pain will stand less than this great feelings.

Trust me; your remaining life will be more become enjoyable for you.
