For purchasing googleearth app it says my account not valid for U.S.store

Are you sure your AppleID is NOT tied to the US store?  Some apps are only available on certain stores.

or

your Apple ID is only valid in US and also only acceptable by the US itunes store,so you must switch to US store to purchase APP .

As my account is not valid for use in U.S.store it says switch to Indian store.I don't  
know how to switch to Indian store.When I try to purchaase google  earth. App
message keeps on coming"try indian store"  Is google earth app  available. In  
Indian store for apps? Please help.
