We often notice that it can bring up feelings of jealousy, insecurity and inferiority as well when someone achieved something that someone want or worry that they can’t achieve them. Working with someone who doesn’t co-operate or like you is very distracting. The stress may be elevated when one or more of your co-workers begin dislike you or not cooperating you. Facing or coping with such a situation can be very difficult, but if we learn how to handle such situation will greatly help us at work. We can adopt the following steps in such a situation:

  1. Be nice to those people:  Being nice to someone who hates or doesn’t cooperate you is a best way to catch off guard and would possibly let off lot of negativity.
  2. Ignore their negative remarks at work: If you ignore their remarks and insult at work place then they will feel bored and defeated.
  3. Avoid becoming hostile toward them: It will let those people down on their target.
  4. Avoid saying bad things about those people: If you say bad things than it will just make the situation even worse.

The above steps will surely help you in such situation.
