I want to take backup from A server and restore mysql database into to B server in linux(centos)

Server A
Dump/Backup:

mysqldump -u root -p DBNAME > DBNAME.sql

Transfer to Server B
Transfer:

scp DBNAME.sql root@127.0.0.1:.

Restore in Server B
Restore:

mysql -u root -p DBNAME < DBNAME.sql
