hello i need help in OTRS .

i was using OTRS 3.2 and there was no issue on email trails..

ISSUE: email without ticket number in subject getting attached with the trail

for eg : email with subject [Ticket#2017112876002118] should be attached with the existing ticket..

but its getting attached without [Ticket#2017112876002118] ...

 

dont have any idea about it ...

Go to Admin and click sysconfig search for "PostMaster"

you will see this -> Edit Config Settings in Ticket → Core::PostMaster

Disable the PostMaster::CheckFollowUpModule###0200-References
(Executes follow-up checks on In-Reply-To or References headers for mails that don't have a ticket number in the subject.)
