SELECT count(column) as count, DATEFORMAT(date, '%Y-%m-%d') as tdate FROM TableNAme GROUP BY DATEFORMAT(date, '%Y-%m-%d')

for minute wise

DATE_FORMAT(date, '%Y-%m-%d %H:%i') 

for Hour wise

DATE_FORMAT(date, '%Y-%m-%d %H') 

for day wise

DATE_FORMAT(date, '%Y-%m-%d')
