I have'nt any idea which kind of devices I have to use. I have to provide a cost effective solution. Kindly help me about the device name that can support directly Server Machine to simple analog phones. Is that a switch, gateway or IP to PBX machine and is this possible to support 40 phone lines with this kind of switch.

Scenario:

1-One Server dual core 4GB RAM 2.2 GHz, Configured with Asterisk
2- Needs to configure 2 sites, one is local and other is remote.
3- Both sites are linked with fiber-optic.
4- 20 traditional analog phone are placed in site-1 and 20 in site-2
5- I need to configure Asterisk to make calls between both sites on IP based but traditional analog phone may connect to ATA bridges.

hope this makes easy to give me solution :)

Kindly help.....

You can make the trunks between the 2 PBX using SIP

If you have bandwidth enough, avoid the use narrow band codec, this type of codecs user more CPU power

Grand-stream FXS Gateway for the analog phones or Quintum or Digium Card but it will be expensive
