Please check the Call Detail Record (CDR) settings by the below command
*CLI> cdr show status
Call Detail Record (CDR) settings
Logging: Enabled
Mode: Simple
Log unanswered calls: No
Log congestion: No
you will be getting the above result if so you need to noload the res_mysql by adding the below line in modules.conf
and restart the asterisk service..
