Pooja provided me with the prices for their insurance plans over the phone and on WhatsApp. I requested policies with lower premiums around 10,000Rs, to which she reacted strangely and insulted me by stating that I was not actually interested in taking out a policy. I found her behavior highly inappropriate and disrespectful, especially given that ICICI Lombard is a reputable company. I am curious to know why she thought it was acceptable to speak to customers, particularly those from the middle class, in such a manner without fear of consequence. Additionally, is ICICI Lombard indifferent to their customers being humiliated?
