I am getting packet too large error when I am sending the mail with attachment from OTRS. Please help

go to /etc/my.cnf
If you are using MySQL 4.0 or newer, enter:
# Allow packets up to 16M (change its value)
If you are using an older version of MySQL, enter:
# Allow packets up to 16M
set-variable = max_allowed_packet=8M To store 8 MB
