A2billing Cronjob Scripts showing error Can not create pid file!

CronJobs scripts give me this error:

Can not create pid file!
The CronJobs now create PID files on the /var/run/a2billing directory

Simply create the directory (mkdir /var/run/a2billing) and give write 
permissions to it(chmod -R 777 /var/run/a2billing) - of course, 
you can also tighten up security if you need to, but the above chmod command 
will work fine for testing or development servers.
