How can remove my old website data from Google cache ?

A month ago I was create mybb forum and create some post then i decided to launch my new website on entire domain and i installed wordpress but old website data still available in search result.google search show new description of my index page but title not changed and show old title.How can fix this problem ? 
maybe in future i will create totally new website with new keywords how can delete my all previous website pages from google cashe ?

Simple - via googles webmastertools ;) go to your site`s dashboard -> google index-> remove urls
